At FCC, we believe that lasting change begins with equipping those who care for children every day.
That’s why we provide professional training for parents, teachers, youth leaders, and social workers in essential areas such as trauma recovery and healing, conflict resolution, communication, mentorship, critical thinking, planning, and decision-making.

Our training is guided by the expertise of FCC’s Co-founder, Ann Soldner.
She is a certified Childhood Trauma and Grief Counselor, licensed Teacher, and Preschool educator with over 40 years of experience in social work, educational development, and counseling. Ann’s deep commitment to child well-being and community development shapes the heart of our programs.
We are licensed to use the training and HRD materials from: National Institute of Trauma and Loss in Children (TLC), Michigan, USA; Action Care, Dubai; and the Early Education for Every Child Foundation (EEECF) both to translate and distribute in Cambodia.

“Every kid is one caring adult away from being a success story”

For the past 20 years we’ve provided corporate and small group training seminars to teachers, parents, youth leaders, and social workers.
We have covered topics such as Trauma and Sensory Interventions, Early Childhood Education, Behavior Management, Character Building, Interpersonal Skills, Team Building , Community Service and Volunteerism, Leadership Qualities, Overcoming Obstacles, The Important Role of Women in the Community, and more.
